The streets of Baltimore erupted in violence Monday night, April 27, just hours after Freddie Gray, who died in police custody, was buried. City and state police were surprised by the violence and lost control as stores were pillaged and buildings burned in several areas. The protests against excessive police use of force deteriorated into destructive riots. Demonstrators threw rocks at police injuring at least 15, two seriously, destroyed patrol cars and looted and torched stores. The governor of Maryland declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard to support police. The mayor of Baltimore declared a curfew from 10pm to 5am.
The incident was sparked by a “meme” flier that circulated widely among city school students via social media. A meme is a digital method of propagating a social idea sometimes positive, often negative, even encouraging violence. The flyer was based on the film “The Purge,” which is a movie about what would happen if all laws were suspended. The digital flyer said a “purge” was to take place at 3 p.m. starting at Mondawmin Mall and ending downtown.
Baltimore Police Commissioner, Anthony Batts said he understood that a number of gangs met and decided that each group would “take out a police officer” after Monday’s funeral.
Baltimore police said that a group of outrageous criminals and lawless individuals attacked police officers. Baltimore City Mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said thugs were destroying the city.
Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old man, suffered a fatal spinal injury while in custody with Baltimore city police. Little is known about the incident.
“To the active minds of children and youth the scenes pictured in imaginary revelations of the future are realities. As revolutions are predicted and all manner of proceedings described that break down the barriers of law and self-restraint, many catch the spirit of these representations. They are led to the commission of crimes even worse, if possible, than these sensational writers depict. Through such influences as these, society is becoming demoralized. The seeds of lawlessness are sown broadcast. None need marvel that a harvest of crime is the result.” Ministry of Healing, pages 444 and 445

Wednesday April 29th, 2015 at 09:38 AMA people continually victimized by the law will eventually rally and respond with violence and breaking even more laws. The more victimized members of the society are the more violence that will ensue. It’s a bubble that will break out nationwide as prophecy has shown. The seeds were sown by white America.

Wednesday April 29th, 2015 at 07:46 PMEveryone bears some of the blame for the chaos at the end of time. Its not about race, its about sin and its consequences on all sides. At KTF it is about prophecy, not the politics. We are living in the last days. Satan will play on every element he can, including racism on all sides, to accomplish his purposes. As you have pointed out, Baltimore is only a foretaste of what will come. Uprisings, such as what happened in Baltimore, will not ultimately help the cause of those who feel injured. It will only be an excuse for government to militarize even more, and clamp down. One sin has an equal and opposite sin in response. And it escalates until there is a flood of violence and chaos like before the flood. There is no justification or validation for either set of sins in the eyes of God. God’s people are to leave the cities for that is where the violence will be concentrated. God’s people, no matter what their race, must also purify their souls and rid themselves of every vestige of racism if they are going to be His true witnesses. They all must rise above it, putting self aside, and letting Jesus control even the feelings we have about other races. We’ve all been victimized by Satan in one way or another.
God bless,
Pr. Mayer.

Friday August 14th, 2015 at 09:42 AMShall we equate burning buildings with the shooting of unarmed United States citizens at close range and looting with taking a life?
Have we no words of consolation a community of people without recourse in the criminal justice system. Can we find no compassion for those that have been stripped of the very life-force vital for community?
Have we really considered how we we will react when we are forced to give up the keys to our homes, cars, life savings and bank accounts? Will we go silently into the night?
Let us return to the business at hand! We have a message of the Creators’ supreme love to give and to share as well as a message of warning that is to go to ALL the world, to EVERY nation, kindred and people. Until that is done Jesus will not return. This upheaval will wax worse and none will escape it.
