The Governor of Washington State declared a state of emergency after heavy rain
for days flooded rivers and causing rock and mudslides across the western part of
the state. Some of the worst flooding was in Cowlitz, Lewis and Snohomish counties.
Some communities in Chehalis and Centralia were flooded. Roads were closed. Log
jams and record rainfall caused people to have to be rescued. It was the worst
flooding since 2007.
The Skagit River was expected to crest 10 feed above flood stage. Multiple other
rivers were expected to flood as well. High winds also knocked out power to
thousands of residents.
Satan works through the elements also to garner his harvest of unprepared souls.
He has studied the secrets of the laboratories of nature, and he uses all his power to
control the elements as far as God allows.
