While New Mexico’s Supreme Court has essentially said that Christian business owners must accommodate homosexuals even if it is against their religious convictions See (New Mexico Destroys Religious Liberty), San Antonio, Texas, is set to pass legislation that will exclude most Christians from holding office or contracting with the city.
The proposed legislation would amend the city code relating to “public accommodations, fair housing, city employment, city contracts and appointments to city boards and commissions,” by adding sexual orientation and gender identity language to “protect” against discrimination.
“No person shall be appointed to a position if the city council finds that such person has, prior to such proposed appointment, engaged in discrimination or demonstrated a bias, by word or deed, against any person, group or organization on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, age or disability.”
“No appointed official or member of a board or commission shall engage in discrimination or demonstrate a bias, by word or deed, against any person, group of persons, or organization on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, age or disability, while serving in such public position.”
Obviously, there is a lot of latitude in this proposed law that would allow allegations of bias or discrimination by a misinterpreted word or deed.
If this code is passed, those who have strong convictions about certain alternative lifestyles will not be able to contract with the city, or run for city office.
Note also that the code also targets those who may teach or preach against religious viewpoints or ideas. In other words, those who preach the three angels messages of Revelation 14, and identify Babylon and its fallen daughters, will not be able to contract with the city of San Antonio, or run for city office.
Those whose faith guides every aspect of their lives will not be permitted the freedom of speech, freedom of association, and the right to participate in business. Preparations are already being made.
“The remnant church will be brought into great trial and distress. Those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, will feel the ire of the dragon and his hosts… As [Satan] influenced the heathen nations to destroy Israel, so in the near future he will stir up the wicked powers of earth to destroy the people of God. All will be required to render obedience to human edicts in violation of the divine law. Those who will be true to God and to duty will be menaced, denounced, and proscribed…” Maranatha, page 213

Not to worry, hold fast to Jesus and we will soon be on that 7 day journey to tabernacle with our Lord for 1000 years. BTW I like the new format, very nice. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping us informed. ALSO, the name and address boxes to the left did not show up in my I.E. browser.
