I’m not sure why or where you get that the Obama Administration was first in eroding the U.S. Constitution when we clearly got the first version of the “Patriot Act” under G. Bush? Under the Bush Administration we got the infamous Guantanamo detention center, wars, etc…
And worse the current Administration seeks earnestly to oppress, torture, ban, and or whatever it takes to keep America “safe”,… MORE than any Administration.
The Obama Administration tried its utmost to CLOSE Guantanamo, and give alleged offenders due process. But the hatred and fear of mostly Republicans won out subsequently drone killings commenced.
