While manganese helps in improving bone health and stimulates regeneration of red blood cells, phosphorus is required by the body for forming DNA and storing energy. Selenium prevents skin infections and acts as a natural cure for dandruff as well as for reproductive organ health. magnesium and copper are required for proper nerve functioning.

Research shows that chia helps increase the performance and stamina for a more strenuous session of work out and in most cases it works more effectively than conventional health drinks and health supplements. Therefore, chia is a power food that can be consumed before an intense workout session.

As the saying goes, “Good things come in small packages.”

Grains, fruits, nuts, and vegetables constitute the diet chosen for us by our Creator. These foods, prepared in as simple and natural a manner as possible, are the most healthful and nourishing. They impart a strength, a power of endurance, and a vigor of intellect that are not afforded by a more complex and stimulating diet. MH 296.1
