An off-duty officer was working at the Wesley Memorial Church on Chestnut Drive when he saw Milliken. He approached the man and called for backup.

Officials searched Milliken III’s vehicle and found several weapons, including:

According to arrest warrants, Milliken III presented himself as a law enforcement officer, approached a man and informed him he was there to enforce a smoking violation at the church. Police found four pills of oxycodone in Milliken III’s truck.
He is being held at the Guilford County Courthouse. Milliken’s first appearance was June 29 at 2 p.m. He was denied bond, and his next court date is July 24 at 8:15 a.m.
Court documents cite the reason for bond denial is that he “has a love for guns”, and had the following in his possession:

The document also stated “Per High Point Police, reason to believe defendant is deemed a danger to public because he has experience with bombs, believed to have mental issues.”
Prophetic Link:
“We are living in the midst of an “epidemic of crime,” at which thoughtful, God-fearing men everywhere stand aghast. The corruption that prevails, it is beyond the power of the human pen to describe. Every day brings fresh revelations of political strife, bribery, and fraud. Every day brings its heart-sickening record of violence and lawlessness, of indifference to human suffering, of brutal, fiendish destruction of human life. Every day testifies to the increase of insanity, murder, and suicide. Who can doubt that satanic agencies are at work among men with increasing activity to distract and corrupt the mind, and defile and destroy the body?” Ministry of Healing, 142.4
