«…why would congress establish and task a powerful new office…»??? It’s like the war on drugs established in 1970. They establish these offices so they can funnel huge sums of money into them, to be spent on…searching for UFOs, fighting the war on drugs. Come on. How’s that war on drugs going after more the 50 years and billions of dollars spent. I suspect someone is getting rich and we, like suckers are shelling out the money. If we are being visited by aliens, just wait for them to reveal themselves. I suspect we are being visited by beings not of this world. They are angels, not alien space men.
