Pope Francis recently met with the Board of Directors of the Knights of Columbus at the Vatican. The Pope thanked the Knights for their “unfailing support” for the Papacy, otherwise known as the Holy See.
“This support finds particular expression in the Vicarius Christi Fund, which is an eloquent sign of your solidarity with the Successor of Peter in his concern for the universal Church.” The fund provides money to the church.
Continuing his address, the Holy Father stated his hope that prayer, witness to the faith and concern for others continue to be “the three pillars” in the individual and corporate work of the Knights.
“In fidelity to the vision of the Venerable Father Michael McGivney, may you continue to seek new ways of being a leaven of the Gospel and a force for the spiritual renewal of society,” the pope said.
The Knights of Columbus are an American secret society for men who are dedicated to making the Catholic Church look good in American society. They are essential to the work of strengthening the influence of the Catholic Church on American politics and society. Their work is to lay the foundation so that the Bible prophecy of Revelation 13:8 will be fulfilled. “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him…”

Tuesday January 15th, 2019 at 12:18 PMJust a quick correction. The Knights of Columbus is not a secret Society. The works the Order does is very public. Also the Knights of Columbus is a world wide family fraternal Catholic organization not an American organization though one of the pillars of the Order is Patriotism.
