Yet we are also told that there will be a little time of trouble before probation closes. Is it a lack of faith to prepare for that time by setting aside food and water? Joseph was told to store up food for a coming 7 year famine. Also, in Proverbs we are told «There is precious treasure and oil in the house of the wise WHO PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE… (Amplified Bible)

EGW lived in an agricultural environment where that was what they did to survive year after year. It is not right to store food for ten years or 20 years.
