The Telegraph: La Iglesia de Inglaterra ha animado a su clero a crear ceremonias de estilo bautismal para personas transgénero y así poder darles la bienvenida a la fe anglicana.
La nueva guía pastoral publicada el martes, aconseja al clero referirse a las personas transgénero por su nuevo nombre, aunque no llegue a ser un bautismo. La guía que fue aprobada por la Cámara de Obispos el lunes por la noche, también detalla cómo se pueden incorporar al servicio elementos como el agua y el aceite.
También informa que como parte de un servicio especial, se les puede hacer regalos como una Biblia con su nombre elegido o un certificado.
Las notas de orientación: «que una persona trans sea nombrada litúrgicamente por el ministro por primera vez por su nombre elegido puede ser un momento muy significativo en el servicio».
Como parte central de la nueva ceremonia, llamada Afirmación de la Fe Bautismal, el ministro pone sus manos sobre el candidato o candidatos, se dirige a ellos por su nombre y reza por ellos.
Si bien la iglesia tiene claro que esto no constituye un segundo bautismo, explica que la Afirmación de la Fe Bautismal permite a las personas «renovar los compromisos adquiridos en el bautismo en un entorno público y proporciona espacio para aquellos que han experimentado una transición importante para volver a re-dedicar su vida a Jesucristo».
Se conoce que los tradicionalistas en la Iglesia bloquearon un cambio en la liturgia y evitaron que esto se convirtiera en una nueva bendición.
En cambio, la guía muestra cómo la liturgia existente se puede usar para aceptar a personas transgénero en la iglesia y darles la bienvenida con su nuevo nombre. El derecho existente a una afirmación de bautismo se usa en este caso para marcar su cambio de identidad.
El obispo de Blackburn, Julian Henderson, presidente del comité de delegación de la Cámara de Obispos que supervisó la orientación, dijo: «Estamos absolutamente claros de que todos están hechos a imagen de Dios y que todos deberían recibir una bienvenida en su iglesia parroquial».
«Esta nueva guía brinda una oportunidad arraigada en las Escrituras, para permitir que las personas trans que han ‘venido a Cristo como el camino, la verdad y la vida’, marquen su transición en presencia de la familia de la iglesia, que es el cuerpo de Cristo.»

i have had the pleasure of knowing a chip person,and other sda medical professionals..ie. drs. as much as people do not want to admit to this, this is covered scripturally,and we need to promote the health message much further…this includes dorcas and community services STOP giving out gmo junk…..;and the abc’s to stop selling food items that are known not to be safe.
i was pointed to some scientist[s] on the subject of pesticides, of which , there is compelling evidence that the more chemicals,pesticides a person is exposed to …that the chance[s] of a person having gender problems increases…BUT instead of trying to help the people detox from these pesticides…alot of people…including pastors prefer to judge them….instead of trying to be of service to these people….some of course,will not listen…but in order to have the three angels’ message to be fully fulfilled…we need to point out to people what the cause is,and then point a solution to this problem.
it is not anything liberal…what i am saying,as i can show either by scripture,and by what egw has said…..and while i am no pastor …nor have any formal theology training…, i have looked at this…and i fail to understand this.
so many people think if they bury their head in the sand…and do nothing…one day we will be accountable to GOD…as those that do understand about this health issue….and do nothing….we I AM certain will answer for this.
i am suggesting that if people are told…some do know already,but do not know what to do about this.

What ever it is, the Bible specifically says this in………. 1 Corinthians 6:9, 10
