“There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.” Deut 23:17
“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” Deut. 18:22 “Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. 18:23
It is simple. The Law spoken out of the mouth of God still stands. If we want to be in God’s congregation, we follow his spoken words, written by Moses.
“It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.” Psalm 119:126
What churches and people now adays do is go by emotions and rebel against the creator, we must use what Jesus used in his day. The Law.
And the apostles also used the Law after the cross.
“And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.”Acts 28:23
You are either a follower of the Fathers rules or you are not. Simple. We have been being decieved by smooth talkers and told lies.

If we dont read our Bible and let the Holy Spirit to leads us, we shall fall. The Bible said it’s worse for those who knew the truth and for those who do not know at all. The woman did the right thing by resigned from being a minister. .its not at all in the fundamentals of our beliefs. The question we asked ourselves today. Whom shall we serve? Ourselves or God. The choice is entirely up to individual of course. We can’t play with fire. God is the God of righteous. My prayer that God will intervene into the womens heart and to turn to God who loves us so much as the time is ticking away. And wants all of us to enter the Kingdom of heaven.

I am saddened by her way of “coming out”. It’s her own personal sin that doesn’t need to be glorified either way. The damage she has done to the church and to our Lord and Savior grieves me. Christ says, He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow! It wasn’t ok then, now, or later!!

quinta, 27 de abril de 2017 at 00:57To set the record straight, Alicia was bi-sexual much earlier to her appointment as pastor and is married. The appointment itself was flawed let alone her membership in the church. The reason she resigned is because she wanted more acceptance of her bisexuality from her church which goes to show from her point of view that the church needs to embrace and condone this perverted lifestyle. Let’s not forget how the husband will have to deal with all this.
Good that she resigned. I hope Alicia will come to terms with God’s Word and that the Truth will set her free.

The lady resigned prior to releasing her video on Facebook. This is firsthand knowledge. I am among many who are still shocked.

quinta, 27 de abril de 2017 at 02:54“They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would [no doubt] have continued with us: but [they went out], that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.” 1 John 2:19. the interesting thing is that those who depart from the way of the Lord will not uphold righteousness or confess the truth… if this dear lady had just admitted that her life is not consistent with the claims of God’s word and therefore step aside and allow others to take over, there would be hope for her situation? at least this would indicate that she is willing to give God a chance in her life that she may be born again,. for the new birth experience does not deal only with those who have normal sexual orientation but even those who find themselves with confused gender identity, God is able to regenerate them if they are willing and obedient? for we must obtain victory over both inherited and cultivated tendencies towards evil? there are those who are born with these tendencies towards transgender and some cultivate it, or learn it through practice? but now she is denouncing the pillars of our faith established under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit; this is a deplorable condition for a supposedly enlighted and mature church member? it tells more of who really this person is and who she has always been? it says she has never really believed what she has been teaching or pretending to teach? The Lord is preparing the way for the triumph of the final gospel message and all who are not willing to be regenerated by the power of the Holy Spirit must be weeded out of the way lest they lead astray wandering feet? we need to admit that sin has affected our entire structure, such that all this inconsistent inclinations must be admitted and confessed to God who is well able to give us a new heart , new feelings, new inclinations born of the Spirit of God and ultimately a new body? i believe that those people who find themselves trapped in this inclinations towards bisexual can live for God if they give themselves over to the influence of His Spirit, this is our message of hope and love to those who find themselves in such confusing and frustrating conditions of our sinful nature? we can help and support those that are willing to be helped, just like we deal with any other sinner who needs Christ? but if they want to join the advocacy movements for promoting homosexuality and lesbianism, and be free to follow their sinful inclinations, then we cannot support them in that line, they may label us intolerant and straight laced, let it be!

quinta, 27 de abril de 2017 at 21:092 Corinthians 10:4-6 states that ” the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God through the pulling down of strongholds and the casting down of imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God…..”. Let us pray for the sister that the power of the Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus will war against that deceptive imagination and stronghold of the enemy that has taken possession and control of her mind. Let us lift her in prayer for God can recover her from the enemy. There are times when he has to cast up to seven demons out of some of us (like Mary). We don’t have to condone the lifestyle, but let us pray that God will grant mercy and deliverance.

Even though the pen of inspiration wrote over 100 years ago that great lights among our leadership would go out in the end, I never imagined that this too would be a cause. I pray that the Holy Spirit will soften and turn her heart back to God’s truth before it’s too late. Moreover, I also pray that our young people who may be struggling in this area do not fall under the same demonic deception and follow in her footsteps. If ever there was a time for our church to take a firm and strong stand on God’s Word, it is now!

It is not a church issue. The church comprises a body of believers.
The LGBT community has a problem with God’s Word, which condemns this sort of behavior.
It is wrong of them to put pressure on the church and to turn (manipulate) this issue into a mockery that has the church divided over them.
They are no different to any other sort of sin or sinner – the murderer, the liar or the fornicator. If the redeeming love and mercy of Jesus Christ does not cause the sinner to repent of his sin and stop sinning, the whole plan of redemption is brought to naught.
The sinner cannot expect the church to condone to sin just like God cannot condone sin.
Politicizing the issue in the church is tantamount to causing a rebellion among God’s people.
The church needs to rise above this issue and not get more involved in it or taking sides with it. This is not the role of the church. The church (body of Christ) is to lead people to God through repentance and obedience to God’s Word among its other functions on earth.
Satan has used the LGBT issue to divide our church and its believers so that our focus will be shifted from spreading the 3 Angels Messages, the work that we are called to do.
If the 18 million believers all do their part in this, we can look forward to Jesus’ return soon. So please stop focusing on this time wasting issue and start the work of spreading the good news. Let God come and deal with the wheat and the tares in the church during the harvest.

I donot want my sin(fornication)to be condoned and made an acceptable lifestyle by my SDA church.
How can I ask the church to condone my sin?
If I lie I sin and I donot want my church to condone this too.
It is not the SDA church that condemns me. It is the word of God which does that.
To ask my church to condone my sins is to tell my church to disobey the scripture.
Dear God may my secret sins not be brought up and accepted as a lifestyle.
Why would I need a curch and a God’s laws if anything I do should be condoned?
Why can’t I stay outside a church body and do whatever I deem best to do?

Our call is to share the gospel and pray for sinners that they may accept God. Let’s keep our eyes focus on the 2nd coimg of Jesus and don’t get distracted by the sins of the world.

At that time (late 2000’s) they were already experimenting with or shall I say, implementing Spiritual Formation. During morning congregational prayer they would dim the lights to create a more “solemn atmosphere”.

I understand it was set up as a Sunday cafe style. We need to guard against these slippery-slope methods of worship (some overt, some covert)

quinta, 29 de junho de 2017 at 09:40Brothers and Sisters, I am also a SDA member. I am also saddened to hear one of our Sister’s in Christ as left us for this reason. Yet I am saddened more over the love not being shown to her. We are to continue to show Christ’s love in abundance to her. It is our duty to show, while she may feel this way, there is a better way, and that is His love. Seems we are more interested in preparation of the battle we can fight than the victory He can win.

quinta, 29 de junho de 2017 at 19:04Love must be shown to all, even when they are in open sin. But the local conference could not keep her as pastor of the church. That would have been indulgent, not love. As to the attitude of members, many are not converted, and will not see this important issue.
