The Plan was to do everything they could, (the Catholic Church) to get Protestants involved in Politics, and Abortion and Hiomosexualiry issues. That way when the time came the Catholic Church could use the Protestans for voting and pushing the Government to do the Sunday Law. Ellen White said that the Protestants would be pushing the Government to start the Sunday Law, so it fits right in. And Revelation 16 says the Three Unclean Spirits like Frogs would go to the Kings of the Earth to gather then together for the great Battle against God.
