sexta, 18 de julho de 2014 at 17:20The ruling was horrible. So a for profit corporation now has religious rights? Since when? I thought conservatives hated activist judges? Tell me can Hobby Lobby the corporation be baptized? The Greene family are separate from the corporation. You can’t seek corporate protection and then apply you personal beliefs on employees. Don’t the employees pay for their insurance with a deduction from their check? Why did Hobby Lobby oppose only four? Because they claim it causes abortions? Who cares what the Greene family thinks every bit of provable facts/science says they don’t? So when did the SC decide they would promote corporations having the right to push their religious beliefs on their employees? The Greene family are big on Sunday worship? Can they force their employees to attend church on Sunday because it is a closely held religious belief? Also the insurance companies reimburse the contraceptive companies not Hobby Lobby or the Greene family. Why does Hobby Lobby invested in companies the produce/make/sell contraceptives? Why do the do the majority of their business…that is importing their products from China which has forced abortions and slave labor? Seem to me this was more about trying to get the conservatives on the court to rule against the President….
