Act 4:18

they called them,
and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
Act 4:19
But
Peter and John answered and said unto them,
Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God,
judge ye.
Act 4:20
For
we cannot but speak the things which we have
seen and heard.
Act 4:21
So when they had further threatened them,
they let them go,
finding nothing how they might punish them,
because of the people:
for
all men glorified God for that which was done.
Act 4:22
For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.

Thank you, Pastor Hal, for this timely information. I am alarmed by leaders who call themselves Christians and yet rally behind a candidate of questionable morality and ethics in order to achieve a «Christian» agenda in government.
Jesus did not attack the corrupt civil government or its practices of His day. He pointed out the sin & error of the religious leaders thus causing them to ally themselves with the civil government in order to bring about their political agenda.
Prophecy tells us that history is repeating itself.
