Samstag, der 2. Mai 2026 at 00:57Some of these things are really common sense and in a God-fearing world they would not need to be legislated. And some are „DEI-like“ policies and can be counter-productive and even dangerous in some settings. Increasing the number of female managers? Fine, if they are the most qualified candidate. Not simply because they are female. That’s ridiculous. Equal pay for equal work, parental leave pay, very good and as I said…common sense. Sexual harassment policies? Decent people know to not sexually harass co-workers…or anyone else. If anyone does that, they should be fired at a minimum. Jesus is coming soon. The world has gone insane, literally, around us. We need to share His truth with all who will listen while there is still time.
