This man seems demon possessed to me. Seems every decision or action he makes is contrary to the ways of God, boldly contrary. He is an example of what can happen when you do not believe in and surrender to the God of heaven and earth but suppose yourself to be someone important and powerful. The devil is walking about seeking whom he may devour (1Peter 5:8) with his lies and hate. Read your Bible, pray for God’s Holy Spirit and surrender all to Jesus. Then share His truth will all who will listen.
