Dienstag, der 22. Dezember 2020 at 10:17In the face of what I just read, how will moving to the country keep me from going through these changes? Living in the country doesn’t take me off the grid. There are things that I will still need to buy. So how do I decide where to go with no money, how do I survive. This is confusing to me

Dezember 2020 at 16:36Commit to not just country living, but off-grid country living, like solar power for all electricity, a stove that doesn’t use electricity and grow as much food as possible. For other items that you can’t grow or make from what you grow, buy in bulk while you can and stock up on them. Also, preserve food you grow in summer and fall (if you’re in a cold climate) to carry you through winter. Read books and look at videos on gardening, building and off-grid living.
Most importantly trust God to take care of you and you will have what is sufficient for each day. Also, there will come a time when we must go to desolate places and all of our needs will be supplied by God – our own supplies won’t matter and we will not be in a regular country home.

Donnerstag, der 7. Januar 2021 at 08:36I believe we should move to the country, but where is it safe. A lot of guestionable people already live in secluded ares with their guns and dogs. I understand getting off the grid but they are everywhere. And then there is the question of money. Most of us don’t have any extra. We are struggling to just keep our head above water. I don’t want to be caught in the city, but where and how do I do this.?
