Energy consumption or the lack there of as regulated and controlled by OPEC, the Central Bankers, Power Company Monopolies, and the like; is no different than any other valuable commodity.
Anything that would lift the poor out of poverty threatens their power, control, and influence – and must never happen. History as born this out and it will not change now at the very end of time.
The polices and unjust laws of the rich and powerful make sure that the poor are kept that way. Read James 5:4 – they do this by FRAUD.
