These things weren’t expected, but it is now. since everything else are rapidly changing around the world, there will be lots of suffering it not going to be the same again. May we trust in God and be ready for the worst.

The Developers knew they needed to have a century long plan of water supply to build but chose to get around it with a loophole, according to the article. The “affluent buyers” were likely in full awareness and complicity with the loophole action so now they have no one to blame. It reminds that money has its limits. It brings to mind a scene in the movie Titanic where desperate passengers wanted to get off the sinking ship and a very wealthy man tried to buy an earlier spot on a rescue boat and offered a poor man lots of money for the spot. The poor man had enough sense to tell him is money was useless in the circumstance because dead men can’t spend money. He was to die with his money..
