Januar 2017 at 07:57First of all…in all due respect….the text you quoted, I believe, is not referring to „actual“ filthiness and fornication but spiritual, which all SDA’s are aware that it is the Papacy. If you are referring to it as actual filthiness and fornication, and applying it to the last days, perhaps ALL religions that have church leaders that sexually prey on women, children and yes, men should be included in this article. Even the SDA church. I LOVE Prophecy Watch. But this article was just a little „off“ to me as far as prophecy is concerned. Perhaps I’m missing something? Yes…I am a SDA.

Mittwoch, der 11. Januar 2017 at 17:14Yes, it is true that Revelation 17 is discussing the spiritual issues the Bible has with the Catholic Church. However, these also lead to actual filthiness and fornication at a systemic level in which the perpetrators are protected and thereby encouraged to continue their behavior. The two issues are connected. And yes it it is true that other churches that do not uphold the truth are also involved in some levels of this. Though the Catholic Church is the mother of harlots, any church that systemically protects perps, are her daughters.
