quinta, 19 de março de 2015 at 12:29I can tell from experience that this thing is real. We live in Sao Pedro da Aldeia in the region of the lakes and water is a real concern. Also in Rio de Janeiro there is a concern for water. Sao Paulo has had rain and flooding in the recent weeks. The news no longer highlights the drought but its still not over.
