Persecution of Christians Advocated by Harvard Professor

Liberal Harvard Law Professor Mark Tushnet claimed in a recent blog post that Christians and other conservatives have lost the “culture war” and that those with such religious and political views should be treated like Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germans were treated after losing World War II.

How to deal with the losers in the “culture war” is still an unanswered question. “My own judgment is that taking a hard line — ‘You lost, live with it’ — is better than trying to accommodate the losers,” Tushnet said

Suggesting that conservatives were like slave owners and racists, Tushnet said, “Trying to be nice to the losers didn’t work well after the Civil War, nor after Brown,” contended Tushnet. He was referring to the Brown v. Board of Education ruling on racial segregation at the U.S. Supreme Court.

“And taking a hard line seemed to work reasonably well in Germany and Japan after 1945.”

Tushnet also argued that liberals should aggressively take advantage of the Left-leaning U.S. Supreme Court after the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. He said that there would not be much pushback at the nations highest court if legislators pass laws that punish conservatives who oppose the liberal agenda on social issues.

Some conservatives believe that using the courtroom to promote Leftist ideals is the reason why controversial laws have recently been forced on a disagreeing American public – with minimal resistance.

“Liberals aggressively sought in the courts an unlimited abortion license, a redefinition of marriage, and now for transgender bathroom policies throughout the nation,” said Heritage Foundation Senior Research Fellow Ryan T. Anderson.

Anderson went on to explain that the far-Left-leaning agenda spreading through the judicial system goes against the very tenets of democracy upon which America was founded — taking the American public out of the decision-making process.

The liberals in Sodom demanded that Lot shut his mouth and unite with them in their sinful agenda.

“And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.” Genesis 19:6, 7
