Los investigadores calcularon que reducir a cero el consumo de esos alimentos ultraprocesados habr\u00eda evitado m\u00e1s de 124.000 muertes en Estados Unidos en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>En pa\u00edses donde el consumo de alimentos ultraprocesados es bajo, como Colombia (15% de la dieta) y Brasil (17,4%), reducir el uso a cero habr\u00eda evitado casi 3.000 muertes en el primer pa\u00eds en 2015 y 25.000 en el segundo en 2017, seg\u00fan el estudio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos autores establecieron el nivel de riesgo m\u00ednimo te\u00f3rico en 0. Esto implica un escenario en el que se eliminan todas las UPF, lo cual es muy poco realista y casi imposible en nuestra sociedad actual\u00bb, dijo Zhang en un correo electr\u00f3nico. \u00abComo
