Lo ha hecho sin dec\u00edrnoslo y ni siquiera darnos sugerencias de soluci\u00f3n, y esto despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 18 a\u00f1os recibiendo correspondencia en esta oficina de correos. Se supone que nos debe notificar por escrito que hay un cambio en el procedimiento, pero no lo hizo. Alrededor de 4&#8243; de espesor de sobres se vieron afectados, tal vez m\u00e1s. As\u00ed que si usted recibi\u00f3 correspondencia como devuelta que hab\u00eda sido enviada a nuestra direcci\u00f3n, por favor sepa que todav\u00eda estamos en actividad y que fue la oficina de correos la responsable de no entregarla.
