{"id":14871,"date":"2018-09-06T11:48:45","date_gmt":"2018-09-06T15:48:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ktfnews.com\/?p=14871"},"modified":"2019-10-26T11:10:30","modified_gmt":"2019-10-26T15:10:30","slug":"dont-eat-beef-chicken-fish-want-avoid-high-blood-pressure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ktfnews.com\/es\/dont-eat-beef-chicken-fish-want-avoid-high-blood-pressure\/","title":{"rendered":"No coma carne de res, pollo o pescado si quiere evitar la presi\u00f3n arterial alta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carne de res, pollo o pescado bien asado a la parrilla puede aumentar el riesgo de desarrollar presi\u00f3n arterial alta entre las personas que comen esos alimentos con regularidad, de acuerdo con una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar presentada en las Sesiones de Epidemiolog\u00eda y Prevenci\u00f3n de la American Heart Association, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos investigadores analizaron los m\u00e9todos de cocci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de la presi\u00f3n arterial alta en personas que regularmente com\u00edan carne de res, aves de corral o pescado: 32.925 mujeres que participaron en el Estudio de salud de las enfermeras; 53.852 mujeres que participaron en el Estudio de salud de las enfermeras II; y 17.104 hombres en el Estudio de Seguimiento de Profesionales de la Salud. Se recopil\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la cocci\u00f3n en cada uno de estos estudios a largo plazo.
