Un estilo de vida sedentario, donde se pasa sentado frente a la televisi\u00f3n o el internet, roba a nuestro sistema nervioso de su capacidad para regular nuestras emociones y estar alerta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAlguna vez ha pensado que el ejercicio es una medicina? Bueno, en realidad act\u00faa como si lo fuera en t\u00e9rminos de su neuroqu\u00edmica. El ejercicio organiza y equilibra su sistema nervioso. Una dosis diaria de actividad f\u00edsica le puede ayudar a tener calma, \u00e1nimo, mejorar su concentraci\u00f3n, relajarse en el sue\u00f1o o ayudarle a sobrellevar el estr\u00e9s como aquel que genera el tr\u00e1fico o los ni\u00f1os que gritan.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de haber practicado un ejercicio vigoroso, puede experimentar una sensaci\u00f3n de paz. Esto se debe a que el ejercicio involucra sus sistemas vestibular (sentido del equilibrio), propioceptivo (informaci\u00f3n sobre sus articulaciones y m\u00fasculos) y t\u00e1ctil de presi\u00f3n profunda.<\/p>\n<p>Pero probablemente lo m\u00e1s importante es lo que ocurre en el cerebro gracias al ejercicio vigoroso. El ejercicio en\u00e9rgico aumenta el Factor Neurotr\u00f3pico Derivado del Cerebro (FNDC). No obstante, se debe tener cuidado con las cantidades consumidas de az\u00facar ya que \u00e9sta debilita el FNDC.<\/p>\n<p>El ejercicio vigoroso crea receptores de dopamina en el cerebro anterior haci\u00e9ndonos sentir m\u00e1s felices, motivados y acertados. Cuanto m\u00e1s haga ejercicio, m\u00e1s placentero \u00e9ste se volver\u00e1. Adem\u00e1s nos defiende contra varias enfermedades como la esquizofrenia, trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo, trastorno por d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n con hiperactividad, depresi\u00f3n y autismo.<\/p>\n<p>El ejercicio calma su alarma de miedo d\u00e1ndole paz y tranquilidad. Le ayuda a tener un mayor control sobre los impulsos y los procesos de pensamiento. Tambi\u00e9n aumenta la serotonina, el neurotransmisor que hace que se sienta bien, manteni\u00e9ndolo tranquilo y enfocado. Tambi\u00e9n reduce la cantidad de hormonas que generan estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Una buena cantidad de ejercicio libera sustancias qu\u00edmicas que \u00abfertilizan\u00bb el cerebro y aumentan los macr\u00f3fagos, los guerreros del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.
