Pero \u201clos ni\u00f1os en Inglaterra consumen la mitad de la dosis diaria m\u00e1xima recomendada de az\u00facar en el desayuno, y al final del d\u00eda ya han superado m\u00e1s de tres veces el l\u00edmite saludable, de acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por la agencia para la Salud P\u00fablica de Inglaterra (PHE)\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Los resultados fueron obtenidos del an\u00e1lisis de la Encuesta Nutrici\u00f3n y Dieta Nacional realizada en familias de Inglaterra. Los ni\u00f1os consumen el equivalente de 11 gramos antes de irse a la escuela cada d\u00eda, principalmente en cereales azucarados, bebidas y mermeladas. Los investigadores encontraron que 8 de cada 10 padres cre\u00edan que el desayuno de sus hijos era saludable. Las bebidas azucaradas est\u00e1n asociadas a problemas en el comportamiento de los ni\u00f1os de la misma manera que ocurre con el alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n consumiendo mucha az\u00facar, y la mayor\u00eda de ellos antes de tomar la primera lecci\u00f3n del d\u00eda\u201d, dijo Alison Tedstone, jefe de nutricionistas de PHE.
